1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using BookaZone.

2. Booking Policy

• BookaZone is a digital platform that connects users with verified sports zones for recreational and competitive use.
• All bookings must be made through the official BookaZone platform.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and full or partial payment (as per vendor policies).
• Users must arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the booked time slot.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways integrated into our platform.
• All transactions are processed securely.
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• No cash payments are handled by BookaZone directly.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund (where applicable).
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
• Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method used.

5. User Conduct

• Users are expected to respect venue rules and other participants.
• Any misconduct, damage to property, or violation of venue policies may result in cancellation of current and future bookings, without a refund.
• BookaZone is not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Sports zone vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and availability of equipment/facilities.
• BookaZone is not liable for any service disputes; however, we assist in resolving issues reported within 24 hours of booking

7. Limitation of Liability

• BookaZone acts only as a booking facilitator and does not own or operate any sports venues. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from use of a booked venue.

8. Privacy

• Your data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to process bookings.

9. Modifications to Terms

• BookaZone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance.
